Sun Valley Culinary Institute will guide campers through an introduction to meal preparation, and offer helpful tips to cultivate confidence in the kitchen.
Create a delicious lunch each day of camp, using the new techniques you’ve picked up along the way!
During this experience you will:
+ Take a deep dive into essential techniques, from mastering razor-sharp knife skills to sizzling through frying, dry-heat, and moist cooking methods.
+ Have fun with a high-stakes "Chopped" style challenge, where you'll face a mystery basket of ingredients and transform them into a masterpiece.
+ *This camp is a pre-requisite for the Advanced Culinary Camp.
