Camp for Aspiring Chefs – Advanced Skills


Take Your Skills to the Next Level

+ Campers are required to have completed the Camp for Aspiring Chefs, Beginner’s Skills in past four years to attend.

International recipe theme! Taste your creations with delicious meals prepared in class each day.

Explore specialized meal preparation techniques used by

professional chefs.

Take a trip around the world in delicious flavors! Teens will try out recipes that are advanced, with the support of professional chef instructors and their peers.

Attend this camp if you want the skills to make meals that you’ll love!

During this experience you will:

+ Make classic dishes from cultures around the world, including: Italian, French, Asian, and specialized dessert instruction.

+ Have fun with a high-stakes "Chopped" style challenge, where you'll face a mystery basket of ingredients and transform them into a masterpiece.

+ *Campers must have completed the Beginner’s Culinary Camp in past four years to attend.

TIME: 10:00 AM-3:00 PM

LOCATION: Sun Valley Culinary Institute, 211 N Main St, Ketchum, ID (Daily transportation provided)

AGES: Middle & High School Students (Ages 12-18)

FEE: $50

MAX ENROLLMENT: 15 students
