Each day at our camp is a deep dive into essential techniques, from mastering razor-sharp knife skills to sizzling through frying, dry-heat, and moist cooking methods. And the best part? You'll put your newfound skills to the ultimate test by creating your own delicious lunch every single day!
But the excitement doesn't stop there! We're culminating this culinary journey with a high-stakes "Chopped" style challenge, where you'll face a mystery basket of ingredients and transform them into a masterpiece. *This camp is a prerequisite for the advanced culinary camp scheduled in July.
Transportation will be provided daily from the WRHS to the culinary institute in Ketchum for this camp. Shuttle departs at 9:15 am and will return by 4:00 pm daily.
