Get ready to ignite your passion for cooking and embark on a thrilling culinary adventure! Each day at our camp is a deep dive into essential techniques, from mastering razor-sharp knife skills to sizzling through frying, dry-heat, and moist cooking methods. And the best part? You'll put your newfound skills to the ultimate test by creating your own delicious lunch every single day!

But the excitement doesn't stop there! We're culminating this culinary journey with a high-stakes "Chopped" style challenge, where you'll face a mystery basket of ingredients and transform them into a masterpiece. Prepare for a week of sizzling creativity, mouthwatering flavors, and the pure joy of cooking! Don't just dream about culinary greatness – taste it! Join us and let your cooking prowess shine, and explore what a career in the culinary arts could be like for you!  

*This camp is a prerequisite for the advanced culinary camp scheduled in July.

Transportation will be provided daily from the WRHS to the culinary institute in Ketchum for this camp. Shuttle departs at 9:15 am and will return by 4:00 pm daily.
