In this unique career experience, students can explore many elements of Sun Valley Mountain Operations!
This exploratory opportunity offers direct insight into career possibilities with the Sun Valley Company, including Ski Instruction & Ski Patrol, Lift Operations & Tickets, Hospitality, Guest Services & Rentals, Lift Maintenance, Vehicle Shop, & Snowmaking. New this year, students finish their programming with a four-day specialization bootcamp to deepen their expertise and experience in a field of operations.
Bonus: Students who attend at least 7 out of 9 modules will earn a 2-day ski pass good for this season or next!

Students who complete this specialty training are also eligible to apply for a well-paid summer internship working in mountain operations with the Sun Valley Company! Don't miss this opportunity!
Required for Participation:
A 1-hour mandatory orientation will be held on Wednesday, December 9th, from 3-4 pm at River Run Lodge.
All students must provide two release waivers from their parents or, if 18+, from themselves.
Advanced to expert skiing and riding ability is a prerequisite for Ski Instruction, Ski Patrol, and Guest Services. Please see program descriptions for specific information.
